Terms & Conditions (International Shipping)
1. General

(1.1) These Terms of Sale and any transactions made under them shall be interpreted by and be subject to Finnish law.

(1.2) In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms of Sale are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms of Sale, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

(1.3) MC-Sport shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Force Majeure, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.

(1.4) These Terms of Sale may be modified from time to time by MC-Sport without notice, and are current as of the date of the then current advertisement or Web site. Please refer to the current advertisement or Web site.

(1.5) Customer personal data are collected by and stored in the MC-Sport customer register, the information will not be disclosed to outsiders. MC-Sport reserves the right to disclose customer information for official use, if the customer has served in violation of law and morality.

(1.6) The customer can make orders from our online store without registering for our customer.

(1.7) When registering with our customer we will save your name, address and telephone information as well as your email address to our customer base. When registering, a custom username and password are created for the customer. The registered customer can change his / her data and password and view the orders he has made. The registered customer's basic information is requested for our order from our position without any separate input. The customer is always able to change / remove his / her registration information from our register either by himself or by sending a removal message to info@mc-sport.fi. Information from the Customer Register will not be disclosed to third parties.

(1.8) MC-Sport will send mailshots to customers who have accepted this condition when ordering / registering. Direct mail can be deleted on its own pages or by putting an e-mail message at info@mc-sport.fi.

2. Purchase price

(2.1) Prices and promotions are listed in MC-Sport Web site and its advertisement, and are subject to change without notice.

(2.2) Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with MC-Sport. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.

(2.3) MC-Sport collects sales tax (VAT) for sales delivered within the EU. MC-Sport shall not be liable for handling or customs charges for shipments outside the EU.

(2.4) If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, MC-Sport shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, MC-Sport shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

(2.5) Shipments, orders and the return are handled for the original purchase price of the product. You find the price of the product in your receipt /invoice.

(2.6) We deliver international shipments to all countries mentioned on our website from Finland, from our own warehouse.

3. Shipping terms

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on MC-Sport Web site. All purchases from MC-Sport Web site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from MC-Sport Web site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

All orders will be combined into one shipment, this may add additional time to the final delivery if some of products are out of stock. Delivery times are made by delivery company and MC-Sport shall not be liable for delays.

4. Warranty information

Our customers are entitled to the manufacturer's limited expressed warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. MC-Sport makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. MC-Sport shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product

5. Return or exchange item instructions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below to return the item.

When exchanging a product for another different price or size, we will always refund the price of the product you paid for the new price. This is how it works even if our store contains the same product, e.g. different sizes, colors or designs are priced differently or some of them are only discounted.

Return policy does not apply to products which are specifically mentioned in the 'no returns', such as special spare parts for motorcycles, women's gear, etc.

Returns are never a problem, so buy safe and feel safe!

(5.1) All returns must be in new condition, all labels must be in place and include all original unharmed manufacturer's packaging. All discontinued/closeout /sale merchandise are final and cannot be returned. Number/name stickers or printed jerseys are final and cannot be returned.

(5.2) Call +358 40 514 8518 or return the merchandise with a note in the box explaining what you need and want.

(5.3) Please send the package back with a copy of the invoice and note within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Requests after 14 days are at our discretion.

(5.4) For item exchanges: MC-Sport will wait to ship your product until the original item has been returned and processed.

(5.5) Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase in 14 days after return has been received.

(5.6) Always insure the package for the full retail value of the item.

(5.7) Freight must be paid by the customer. We don’t accept returns that we have to pay.

(5.8) On any orders returned from outside of the Finland, please write clearly on the outside of the box: "CONTENTS - RETURN GOODS OF EU ORIGIN".

(5.9) Send the tracking ID of your return package or a copy of the receipt to +358 40 514 8518 or email: info@mc-sport.fi.   This allows us to track the arrival of the package and expedite the return processing with us.

6. All sales are made in Finland

All sales shall be deemed made in Finland, regardless of the location of the Customer.

7. Errors and omissions

MC-Sport makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our Web site. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. The information, services, products offered for sale and materials contained in and/or advertised on MC-Sport, including, without limitation, text, graphics and links, are provided on an "As Is" basis with no warranty. MC-Sport and its suppliers do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via MC-Sport is accurate, complete or current.

8. MC-Sport Web site

MC-Sport Web site is (Secure Socket Layer) SSL-protected and it’s safe to buy.

9. Customer acknowledgment

Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a Product from MC-Sport.
